These Terms of Service govern your use of Homi's platform, booking tools, and home service fulfillment throughout Amman, Jordan. By booking or registering on Homi, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Scope & Fulfillment
Homi connects clients with vetted, trained service professionals for residential and commercial cleaning, maintenance, laundry, pest control, and vehicle detailing. All service durations, pricing tiers, and inclusions are clearly detailed prior to confirmation.
2. Booking & Appointments
Bookings are confirmed upon selection of an available date and time slot. Clients agree to provide accurate access information (building number, street address in Amman, gate entry details) to ensure timely service delivery.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices on Homi are transparent and denominated in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). Payment may be made via secure online card processing or cash upon completion, according to selected service terms.
4. Quality Guarantee & Liability
Homi is committed to exceptional service standards. If any completed service does not meet expectations, clients must notify support within 24 hours of completion for prompt review and resolution under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
