Which service should you choose?
Most households end up splitting an order, and that is the cheapest way to do it. Send everyday items such as towels, bedding, t-shirts and gym kit as wash and fold, and put only the things that actually need pressing into wash and iron. Paying to press towels is money thrown away.
If you already run your own washing machine and the real problem is the ironing pile, iron only solves exactly that and nothing else.
The bundle services are priced by piece count, so before you book, roughly count what you are sending. You do not need to be precise, because the count is confirmed at pickup.
What actually needs dry cleaning?
Water damages certain fabrics. It shrinks wool, wrecks the structure of a tailored jacket, dulls silk, and can pull the beading off embroidery. Dry cleaning uses solvents instead, so the garment keeps its shape, colour and finish.
Send to dry cleaning: suits and tailored jackets, wool and cashmere, silk, formal dresses, abayas, anything embroidered or beaded, and leather items. Check the care label. If it says dry clean only, it means it.
Everything else, from cotton and linen to denim, synthetics and ordinary knitwear, goes through the normal wash services and does not need the extra cost.
How pickup and delivery works
Pick a collection window that suits you and have the bag ready at the door. The driver collects it, the items are counted and logged, and the laundry gets to work. When the order is finished you are contacted to arrange the return, and everything comes back pressed and bagged or folded, depending on the service.
Separate your items by service before pickup: one bag for wash and fold, another for wash and iron, dry cleaning pieces kept apart. It speeds up processing and removes any chance of something being handled the wrong way.
How booking works
Choose laundry, select which services you need, give a rough item count, pick a collection window, and confirm. If you have anything unusual or delicate in the bag, note it at booking rather than leaving it to be discovered.

How much does laundry cost in Amman?
The wash services are priced by bundle size: small, medium and large, set by piece count. The more you send in one order, the lower the cost per item. Dry cleaning is priced per piece, since a shirt, an abaya and a beaded dress each take a different amount of work.
There is a minimum order value, so very small dry cleaning orders are worth combining with a wash bundle to make the trip worthwhile.
You see the price before you confirm the booking, and there are no hidden fees.
How long does it take?
Most orders are back within one to two days. Dry cleaning, particularly for delicate, embroidered or heavily soiled items, can take longer because the process cannot be rushed without risking the garment.
If you need something for a specific date, say so at booking and we will confirm whether it is achievable before collecting it, rather than after.
Delicate, expensive and irreplaceable items
Flag anything valuable at booking, whether that is a wedding dress, a formal abaya, a tailored suit or an heirloom piece. Those items get handled differently, and we would much rather know in advance than have someone make a judgement call about an unlabelled garment.
Check pockets before the bag goes out. Coins, pens and receipts cause more laundry problems than anything else, and a pen through a wash cycle is not recoverable.
Check the order over when it comes back and tell us straight away if something is not right. Raised at once, it can still be checked against the pickup record. Raised weeks later, it is very hard to look into.
