The four service levels
Rather than a vague "car cleaning" booking, there are four defined levels. Each includes everything in the level below it.
Normal wash
A full exterior wash covering bodywork, wheels and glass, with the car dried off properly and a quick tidy of the interior. This is the routine wash you book to keep the car looking after itself between bigger jobs. It does not deep clean the inside.
Standard dry cleaning
The exterior wash plus a genuine interior clean: seats and floors vacuumed thoroughly including under the seats, the dashboard, console and door cards wiped down, and the interior glass cleaned. The right level for a car that is simply overdue.
Super dry cleaning
Everything above, plus deeper treatment of the interior surfaces. Seats and carpets are cleaned rather than just vacuumed, stains are treated, odours are addressed, and plastic and leather trim is conditioned. This is the level that resets a car's interior rather than tidying it.
VIP dry cleaning

Which level should you choose?
A simple way to decide: if the outside is dirty, book a normal wash. If the inside is what is bothering you, you need at least standard dry cleaning, because no exterior wash will help the interior.
If there is a smell, or the seats are visibly marked, go to super. Standard vacuums and wipes; it does not extract from fabric, which is what odours and set-in marks require.
VIP is worth it in two situations: preparing a car for sale, where presentation makes a real difference, or when the paintwork has picked up the light swirls and marks that a wash cannot remove.
What does "car dry cleaning" actually mean?
The name causes confusion, because it does not mean the same thing as dry cleaning for clothes. In car care it refers to a thorough interior clean of seats, carpets, trim and surfaces, rather than a solvent process.

How long does it take?
A normal wash is quick, roughly half an hour. Standard dry cleaning takes one to two hours. Super and VIP take considerably longer, often three to four hours, because cleaning fabric properly means letting products work rather than rushing them, and polishing paintwork is slow, careful work.
Plan the day accordingly. A VIP booking is not something to squeeze into a lunch break.
Will it remove smells and stains?
Smoke odour, food spills and the general staleness a car develops all respond well, but only at super or VIP level, because the smell lives in the fabric and needs extraction rather than wiping. Standard will not fix a smell.
On stains, expect significant improvement rather than complete removal. Fresh spills usually come out. Old, set-in marks and anything dye-based may fade instead of disappearing.
On paintwork, polishing removes light surface marks and swirls. Deep scratches that have gone through to primer or metal need paint, not polish, and anyone telling you otherwise is overselling. Send a photo before booking and you will get a straight answer.
How often should you have your car cleaned?
Given the dust in Amman, an exterior wash every week or two is realistic for most people. A standard interior clean every couple of months keeps things under control. Super or VIP once or twice a year is enough for a car in normal use, or more often if you carry children or pets, or eat in the car.
