Villa deep cleaning is part of Homi's deep cleaning service in Amman. A villa is not simply a larger flat, and treating it like one is why these jobs so often run out of time. The difference is vertical: several floors, several bathrooms, stairwells, terraces and a great deal of interior glass, all of which have to be sequenced rather than improvised.

Why scale changes the job

In an apartment a small team can stay within earshot of each other and finish room by room. In a villa that breaks down. Cleaners spread across floors, equipment ends up on the wrong level, and dust carried down a staircase undoes finished work below.

So a villa is run differently. The property is walked first, the work is divided by floor, and the sequence goes top to bottom so that anything disturbed upstairs is dealt with by the floor below rather than after it. Stairs are cleaned last, on the way out.

Volume also changes what the team brings. More bathrooms mean more descaler and more dwell time. More glass means more time on windows and doors. A large kitchen with a separate preparation area is effectively two kitchens. None of that is complicated, but it has to be counted in advance rather than discovered on the day.

How a villa visit is planned

Before the date is confirmed we ask for the number of floors, the number of bedrooms, the number of bathrooms, and whether there are terraces, a garage, a basement or staff quarters. Those five answers determine team size and duration far more reliably than square metres do.

On arrival the supervisor walks the property with you and agrees priorities. If there are rooms that are closed up, guest suites that are rarely used, or areas you would rather nobody entered, that is settled at the start. The plan is then fixed, so the team is not renegotiating scope while working.

Multiple bathrooms

Bathrooms are the single biggest driver of time in a villa. A property with five or six of them carries several hours of work in that category alone, and the ones nobody uses are frequently in worse condition than the ones that get used daily, because standing water in unused traps leaves rings and dries out seals.

Each bathroom gets the same treatment: descaler applied to glass, tiles, taps and shower heads and left to work, grout lines worked along their length, extractor vents cleared, and the hidden areas behind the toilet and under the pedestal done properly. Guest and staff bathrooms are included unless you tell us otherwise.

Stairs, landings and hallways

Stairwells in villas are tall, which means light fittings, high ledges and the upper reaches of banisters that nobody has touched in a long time. Handrails, spindles, stair edges and the vertical faces of each step are cleaned, along with landing windows and any glass balustrade.

Hallways connecting several rooms take more skirting board, more door frames and more switch plates than people expect. In a villa these connecting spaces alone can account for as much surface as an entire small flat.

Terraces, balconies and garages

Amman dust settles heavily on outdoor surfaces, and a villa usually has several of them. Terraces and balconies are swept and washed down, and outdoor furniture is wiped. Glass is cleaned on the inside only. We do not clean exterior facades or high-level windows, and we do not work from ladders at height.

Garages, basements and storage rooms are optional and are quoted separately, because they range from a quick sweep to a genuine clear-out. Tell us at booking whether you want them in scope.

Team size and duration

Villas are staffed with a larger crew than flats, typically four or more cleaners with a supervisor, split across floors and rotated so no one is working alone at the far end of the property. The supervisor checks each floor before it is signed off.

Most villas are completed in a single long visit. Very large properties, or ones that have not had a thorough clean in years, are better split across two consecutive days, and we will say so honestly when you describe the property rather than discovering it at six in the evening.

How villa deep cleaning is priced

By the size of the property, meaning floors, bedrooms and bathrooms, rather than by the hour. You see the full cost before confirming, and add-ons such as inside the oven, inside kitchen cupboards or garages are quoted separately.

Soft furnishings are not included in a deep clean. Sofas, mattresses, carpets and curtains need extraction and drying time of their own, so they sit under furniture cleaning. In a villa it is usually worth booking both and letting us schedule them on adjacent days.

You see the price before you confirm the booking, and there are no hidden fees.

Access, staff and pets

Villas often have gates, intercoms, dogs and household staff, and all four affect the day. Let us know at booking how the team should enter, where to park, whether pets need to be kept in one area, and whether resident staff will be present so responsibilities are clear rather than assumed.

Water and electricity access on upper floors matters too. If a floor has no working outlet or tap, say so. It is easy to plan around and slow to discover.

How to book

Choose deep cleaning, give us the floors, bedrooms and bathrooms, and pick a date. Photos or a short video walkthrough make the estimate much more accurate. Booking is on the website or by phone. We operate 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, and our mobile app is launching soon.

We cover all of Amman, including Abdoun, Dabouq, Khalda, Deir Ghbar, Shmeisani, Tla' Al Ali, Jubeiha and Sweileh.
